When your order ships
We dispatch your order within 3 business days after payment is received. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Handling time is separate from delivery time after mailing.
Delivery and tracking
If your shipment has tracking, the carrier name and tracking link appear on your order page after dispatch. Some photo orders are mailed in a USPS envelope without tracking; these usually arrive about 7 business days after mailing. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
When available, a shipment photo is also shown on your order page. A shipment photo confirms the recorded mailing details; it is not live carrier tracking.
